To provide excellent customer service to our customers via phone, email and written communication. Process purchase orders and credit card payments. Support growth initiatives through dedicate teamwork with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Assist all departments in meeting their goals.

Requirements:

One year of experience in customer service-related position. Excellent time management skills. Knowledge of Office Suites, including Excel.
