We're currently seeking a Service Writer to help guide customers through the service process with clarity, efficiency, and professionalism.

What You'll Do:

As a Service Writer, you'll act as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians. You'll play a key role in ensuring service requests are accurately documented, communicated, and completed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and gather detailed information about service needs Open and manage repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail Communicate with technicians regarding diagnoses, timelines, and recommended services Clearly explain repairs, estimates, and timelines to customers Provide consistent updates throughout the service process Coordinate with parts departments to ensure timely availability of necessary components Schedule service appointments and assist in managing workflow Maintain accurate documentation of service activity and customer interactions Support a smooth and efficient customer experience from check-in through completion

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or similar role (automotive, RV, or related industry preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach Experience with service management or dealership software (e.g., IDS, CDK, or similar systems) Familiarity with RV systems is a plus, but not required
