Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating our product offerings with enthusiasm and professionalism Conduct engaging product demos to educate customers about different cannabis products and accessories Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and retail math calculations Upsell complementary products by understanding customer needs and highlighting benefits effectively Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and appealing Provide exceptional customer service via phone etiquette, in-person interactions, and bilingual communication when needed Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring compliance with retail standards and regulations Requirements Previous retail sales experience, preferably in grocery or specialty retail environments such as cannabis or wellness stores Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math skills for transactions Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; Demonstrated supervising or leadership experience is preferred to support team efforts Knowledge of merchandising, stocking techniques, and retail math to optimize sales opportunities Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and compliance standards Join us in creating memorable customer experiences by blending your passion for retail with your interest in the evolving cannabis industry.
