Job Description
We are looking for a Call Center Specialist to support customer interactions from our Issaquah, Washington location in a Contract position. This opportunity is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience handling inbound calls and delivering reliable service in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on assisting customers efficiently, documenting interactions accurately, and using office and service tools to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer calls with professionalism, patience, and a service-focused approach.
- Resolve questions, concerns, and routine requests by providing clear and accurate information.
- Record call details, customer updates, and follow-up actions in the appropriate service systems.
- Navigate customer service platforms and Google-based tools to manage communication and case tracking.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when further support is needed.
- Maintain consistent call quality and productivity while meeting team service expectations.
- Support general administrative tasks related to customer communication and documentation.
