Vital Energy Motorsport | Kent, WA Vital Energy Motorsport is a professional, high-quality collision repair facility looking for an experienced Front Desk / Customer Service Specialist to join our team. We are looking for someone who already understands the collision repair and insurance process and can provide exceptional customer service from vehicle drop-off through delivery. What You'll Do Manage customer check-in and vehicle information Communicate with customers and insurance companies Provide vehicle repair status updates and follow-up Assist with insurance claims and supplements Handle billing, invoicing, and payments Maintain accurate customer and repair-order information Coordinate communication between customers, estimators, technicians, and management Parts ordering and managing What We're Looking For Previous collision/body shop experience required Experience with insurance claims and repair processes Professional communication and customer-service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Able to multitask in a fast-paced professional environment Computer and shop-management-system experience We are looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through, and understands that the customer experience is just as important as the quality of the repair. If you have previous front-office experience in a collision repair facility, we want to hear from you.
Pay:
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 - 45.0 per week
