This position requires that you possess the following skills: High school Diploma/ College Degree Preferred 40 hours/ 5-day week schedule 1-3 years in financial planning/asset management industry experience Excellent client service: Ability to communicate well with clients verbally and over email. Organization and time management Attention to detail. Ability to multitask and accurately relay information to customers and team members. Strong computer and software knowledge including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word. Mature individual to handle confidential and sensitive information

Responsibilities:
Client Service:
  • Provides support for special projects as assigned.
  • Acts as client liaison to team members to ensure a high level of assistance is provided to clients and that outstanding service levels are met at all times.
  • Acts as lead follow-up with Home Office on all applications and other paperwork in queue.
  • Manage client contact, which may include updating client and prospect information, client service calls, client deliverables, and client paperwork. Manages and resolves client service issues.
  • Prepares and verifies information for client forms, applications, and other documents.
  • Prepares and ensures new business paperwork processes successfully which may include preparing forms, obtaining appropriate signatures, preparing documentation, tracking applications, and coordinating rollovers.
  • Provide backup assistance for team members as needed. Performs a variety of administrative duties for all areas of business as needed.
  • Support compliance within the practice and fulfills all compliance responsibilities. Develops an understanding and adheres to all compliance regulations throughout the course of employment.
  • Accepts and performs other duties as assigned
Front Desk/Receptionist:
  • Responsibilities will include answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate planner/staff.
  • Greet agent's clients and offer & deliver refreshments.
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for all clients and walk-ins.
  • Keep coffee/drink area stocked and attractive for client use.
  • Ordering office supplies when needed.
Mail:
  • Sort all incoming mail and checks, log them as appropriate and then distribute to agents and staff.
