Maple Valley We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Assistant Service Advisor to join our busy automotive repair shop. If you enjoy helping customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to build a career in the automotive industry, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service. Assist Service Advisors with scheduling appointments and checking in vehicles. Prepare estimates, invoices, and repair orders. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Communicate repair updates to customers. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs. Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records. Support daily front office operations. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer proficiency. Automotive knowledge is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate. Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
