Job Description

We're currently seeking an order processor and data entry representatives in our Seattle Unit.
Essential Functions:
Your primary responsibility is to take orders from our specific clients and input them into our software system. Process all client orders; entering into system, coordinate with other departments as needed, confirm with client in a timely manner Proactively notify clients of order delays or inability to meet order requirements. Provide exceptional customer service Deliver sales and administrative support through various duties such as calling and e-mailing clients, collecting, managing and distributing key information, processing sample requests, processing client complaints, generating sales reports, researching potential clients, attending meetings and trade shows, etc. Retain a knowledge of company products, systems and capabilities to provide accurate assessment of whether client needs can be met Coordinating between the Purchasing and Sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials or events Ensure adherence to laws and policies
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must also have fluency in standard software including Excel. Ability to read and communicate effectively in English Attention to details Strong organizational, problem‐solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow, meet deadlines. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
