Job Description
Kitsap Chico Towing is looking for a dispatcher to add to our growing and busy 24/7 towing business. Dispatchers will take calls from motor clubs, individuals, and police requiring immediate service. Information is then routed to drivers and appropriate truck. The position requires a personality that is able to multitask and work well under stress of incoming calls, information entry, and simultaneous radio traffic. Kitsap Chico Towing dispatchers must have excellent customer service skills, knowledge of Kitsap County roadways, proficiency in computer use, and a math background to price out incoming calls accurately. Previous dispatch experience required. On the job training will be provided, and pay will be depending on experience. This job is hiring for a shift that is (4) 10 hour shifts. It will require weekend availability.
