Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, patience, and a solutions-oriented approach. Manage multi-line phone systems, answer calls promptly, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments. Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to ensure seamless service delivery. Support night audit processes by reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy overnight. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations to foster a welcoming atmosphere at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is highly preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Experience working at the front desk or in guest services within a resort or hotel setting. Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous. Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail.
