Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Resolution Specialist for a temp-to-hire call center opportunity in Renton, WA. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced phone-based support environment. As a Customer Resolution Specialist, you will handle customer inquiries, research account information, document call details, and navigate multiple computer applications while maintaining a professional and positive customer experience. This position offers a structured, team-oriented environment with clear procedures, performance expectations, and opportunities to build valuable customer service and call center experience. - Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Listen to customer needs, research information, and provide accurate answers or solutions.
- Navigate multiple computer applications and screens while actively speaking with customers.
- Enter, update, and document customer information with speed and accuracy.
- Follow established procedures, scripts, and service guidelines to resolve inquiries.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when needed. Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $23.39 per hour.

Renton, WA.- Work arrangement: 100% onsite at the designated office location each scheduled workday. Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage customer calls while delivering professional, accurate, and efficient support.
- Research customer or account information using multiple systems.
- Document each customer interaction thoroughly and accurately.
- Meet productivity, quality, attendance, and customer service standards.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant customer service, call center, help desk, or high-volume phone experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software applications.
- Ability to multitask while speaking with customers, entering data, and switching between systems.
- Strong typing and data-entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, patient, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented during challenging customer interactions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work 100% onsite. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer resolution environment.
- Experience using customer relationship management systems, help desk platforms, or account management software.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven customer service environment.
