Full-Time Location:
In - Person /
Office Renton, WA Start Date:
September 28th, 2026 Base pay $23 an hr. Looking for a fresh start, a career change, or a job with a steady paycheck, great benefits, and room to earn more? As a Call Center Agent at Renewal by Andersen, you'll connect with homeowners who have already shown interest in our products. Your job is to have a great conversation, understand what they need, and schedule a qualified in-home consultation. No call center or sales experience? That's okay. We'll train you. What matters most is your attitude, consistency, and willingness to learn. What You'll Do Make outbound and inbound calls and connect with homeowners through digital outreach. Build rapport, uncover the homeowner's needs, and schedule qualified consultations. Handle questions and objections with confidence and patience. Use technology, scripts, and scheduling tools to stay organized and accurate. Work toward daily goals while participating in coaching and training. Show up, stay focused, and keep going—even when the calls get repetitive or you hear voicemail after voicemail. What Makes Someone Successful Here This role isn't for everyone, and that's okay. You don't need years of experience. You need the right mindset. You'll do well if you: Bring a positive attitude and know how to reset after a tough call or bad day. Are disciplined enough to do the work consistently without someone constantly checking on you. Don't get discouraged by hang-ups, voicemail, or hearing "no." Can stay patient, professional, and confident when conversations get difficult. Are comfortable doing a repetitive task well, day after day. Are competitive or motivated by goals, achievement, and the opportunity to earn more. Are coachable and willing to learn from mistakes and feedback. Are comfortable learning new apps, systems, and technology. Enjoy talking with people and can pick up on social cues. You don't need to love call centers. In fact, you may be coming from a completely different industry- hospitality, retail, customer service, or something else, and simply be ready for a change. If you're looking for a more predictable paycheck, good benefits, a supportive team, and an opportunity to build toward something bigger , this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. Bring your energy, consistency, and keep-going attitude. We'll teach you the rest.
