We are seeking a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate to join our team as the Client Engagement Specialist. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring every client receives outstanding communication, personalized attention, and a seamless experience. Beyond supporting the buyer and seller journey, you will help cultivate lasting client connections, creating opportunities for future business, referrals, and lifelong advocacy. About the Team Living Real Estate Group PNW is a leading Seattle-area real estate team led by Andy Sather and Kimberly Shaeffer, top-performing John L. Scott agents with more than 30 years of combined experience. As members of the Luxury Alliance and Corporate Relocation teams, they support clients ranging from luxury buyers and first-time homeowners to relocating families, investors, and new construction builders. The team specializes in residential sales, relocations, investment properties, land acquisitions, and development projects. Known for their expertise in negotiation, marketing, and technology, Living Real Estate Group PNW is committed to delivering transparent guidance, personalized service, and seamless real estate transactions throughout the Seattle market. Responsibilities Client & Lead Engagement - Serve as a consistent point of contact for buyers, sellers, past clients, open-house visitors, and new inquiries. Proactively follow up, maintain relationships, identify needs, and make sure opportunities don't fall through the cracks. Database & Pipeline Management - Own the day-to-day organization and engagement of the team's database. Track leads, maintain accurate client information, identify people requiring follow-up, and work with Andy and Kimberly to move opportunities from initial conversation to appointment and ultimately transaction. Revenue-Generating Outreach - Complete measurable weekly activities designed to create business, including past-client calls, sphere outreach, open-house follow-up, dormant-lead reengagement, referral conversations, neighborhood prospecting, and targeted outreach around listings. Buyer & Seller Experience - Help ensure every client receives a high level of communication and service throughout their relationship with Living Real Estate. Coordinate important touchpoints, anticipate client needs, assist with follow-up, and make sure clients feel consistently connected to the team before, during, and after a transaction. Relationship & Referral Development - Build long-term relationships with past clients, prospective clients, brokers, builders, relocation contacts, and other referral sources. Create intentional reasons for Living Real Estate to stay connected so that today's interaction can become tomorrow's client, referral, or business opportunity. Skills & Qualifications Active real estate license 1+ years of real estate experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment Current Washington State Real Estate License Ability to work in- office 4 to 5 days a week Position & Benefits Part-Time, In-Person Position located in the Seattle area 5-10 hours per week with scheduling flexibility Competitive pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience Why Join Living Real Estate PNW?
