Description Veterinary Client Service Representative Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital Snohomish, WA Full-time-Day/Night/Weekend Availability -3-day work week
Schedule:

With a dedicated support staff, we provide 24-hour emergency and critical care for small animals, offering extensive resources to the veterinary community of the Pacific Northwest.
Ideal candidate:
possesses superior customer service skills -veterinary experience highly preferred has strong communication skills is self-motivated works well on a team has scheduling flexibility is a quick learner has 1-2 years of customer service experience in a veterinary setting. Job Skills /
Requirements:
Experience as a receptionist required. Organization and tremendous attention to detail is a must. Must be able to multi-task and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and listening skills. Has professional and pleasant phone etiquette. Computer skills required. Accurate accounting skills are a must. Strong problem-solving abilities (judgment, logic, creativity, conflict resolution).
Required licenses:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Veterinary Medication Clerk's license, overseen by the WA state Department of Health.
