Job Description

We are looking to add a new client care specialist to our Biscuits Team! The best client care specialists are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. We are seeking an individual who loves working with dogs and people - someone who is positive, upbeat, and enjoys working with others in a fast-paced environment. Typical responsibilities include ensuring all dogs are checked in/out properly, setting up new clients, making daily "touch point" calls out to current clients, conducting new dog "meet and greets", responding efficiently and effectively to all messages, taking payments, resolving client issues, keeping track of important data, light marketing, and more! Previous front desk or professional animal care experience is preferred, but not required. At this time, we are looking for someone to work 6am - 2pm Monday through Friday (with the occasional weekend or holiday). Responsibilities Manage large amounts of incoming calls Sell our services Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Keep lobby area clean, organized, and sanitized Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
