Full-time, Monday•Friday•8am-430pm �
Pay:
$19•$20/hour SmartTalent is seeking an experienced Warehouse Customer Service Representative (CSR) for one of our valued clients in the Tacoma area. This is a fast-paced warehouse environment supporting customer accounts, shipping operations, and inventory coordination. We are looking for someone who understands warehouse operations and can confidently manage multiple accounts while providing exceptional customer service.
Position Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding shipping, receiving, and inventory updates Process orders, track shipments, and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate data entry within warehouse management systems Communicate professionally with internal teams and external customers Manage multiple priorities and switch between accounts efficiently
Qualifications:
Warehouse/Logistics CSR experience•
REQUIRED
Customer service experience within a warehouse or distribution environment Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes Strong computer skills (WMS/ERP) systems and Microsoft Office preferred) Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting 3PL experience•a plus If you have warehouse customer service experience and are ready to bring your skills to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply today.
