We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to support our growing business by managing business-to-consumer (B2C) orders and providing exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Position Summary As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers while managing the order lifecycle from receipt through fulfillment. You will communicate with customers via phone, email, and online channels, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure orders are entered and processed correctly. Key Responsibilities Process and manage incoming B2C customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. Provide order status updates, shipping information, and product support. Investigate and resolve customer concerns, including order discrepancies, returns, and warranty claims. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation. Monitor order queues and proactively address potential delays or issues. Process returns, exchanges, and credits in accordance with company policies. Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of customer service, order processing, or administrative support experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Preferred Experience processing B2C orders in an ERP, CRM, or order management system. Experience in e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, or distribution environments. Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes. Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field.
