We provide residential plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, drain, and sewer services and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through outstanding service. The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting our customers and field team by responding to inquiries, scheduling service appointments, making outbound calls, and ensuring technicians have a full schedule of jobs each day. Schedule plumbing, HVAC, and electrical service appointments while maximizing technician productivity. Make outbound calls to customers regarding service requests, appointment confirmations, and follow-up opportunities. Update customer information accurately within the CRM system. Monitor daily schedules and coordinate with field staff to ensure efficient service delivery. Provide customers with information regarding services, pricing, and availability. Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining excellent customer service. Collaborate with dispatch and scheduling teams to optimize technician routes and minimize downtime. Promote available services, maintenance plans, and seasonal promotions when appropriate. Qualifications 1-2 years of customer service experience; home services industry experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Comfortable handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM or customer service software. Positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and technologies. Compensation The hourly pay range for this position is $20-$24 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications, with additional performance bonus opportunities. Actual compensation is based on factors including relevant experience, skills, training, business needs, and market conditions. Additional incentive programs and annual bonus eligibility may also be available.
