Veterinary Client Services Representative

Job Overview Cottage Lake Veterinary Hospital is seeking a veterinary customer service representative. We are an AAHA-accredited, privately owned hospital. Our practice consists of 6 Veterinarians and 17 support staff, and continues to grow! We are proud to offer a wide range of veterinary services for small animals including dentistry, nutritional counselling, digital radiology, ultrasound, wellness and vaccination programs, routine as well as specialty surgery, laser therapy, and more. We are currently open Monday - Saturday, and are looking for experienced, team oriented, customer service driven individuals who are available on Saturdays. Their ability to manage the day to day flow of operations with professionalism and courtesy is essential to the daily success of our clinic.
