This is a full-time, seasonal opportunity expected to run for approximately 16 weeks. Although this position is temporary, it could lead to long-term employment based on business needs and individual performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and text Schedule services and assist with customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner Maintain and update accurate customer account information Proactively notify customers of upcoming services and important updates Resolve customer concerns with a solutions-focused approach Support daily office operations and contribute to a well-organized, high-functioning team What We're Looking For Prior customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and data entry Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Compensation & Benefits $20.00 per hour Paid sick leave This is a temporary position; eligibility for additional benefits is not included with this role Why This Role Stands Out Consistent full-time hours Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Opportunity to make an immediate impact during peak season Potential pathway to a long-term role based on performance Why This Role Matters This position plays a key role in shaping the customer experience and supporting daily operations.
