Job Description

Customer Support Specialist Monday-Thursday 9:00am-3:00pm Algoma Mop is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customers and provide exceptional service throughout the order process. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a positive customer experience from order placement through delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service-related issues. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication and timely follow-up. Process customer orders, quotations, samples, and related documentation accurately. Monitor order status and keep customers informed of shipping schedules, delays, backorders, and other updates. Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and claims in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate with manufacturing, shipping, and finance departments to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer records and order information. Prepare credit authorization requests and communicate credit concerns when necessary. Qualifications Previous customer service experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent phone and customer relationship skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Accurate math and data entry abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with database or order management systems preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Why Join Algoma Mop? Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 per week
