WHAT WE NEED

Global Customer Support will be responsible for handling all global export accounts for WSI. This position will consist of engagement with customers in a friendly, professional and timely manner.

JOB DUTIES

• Perform data entry tasks
• Provide answer to customer questions about products, pricing and availability
• Process incoming orders
• Cancel accounts or obtain details of complaints
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, as well as actions taken
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer's problems
• Contact customers to respond inquiries or to notify them of claim investigations or any planned adjustments
• Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
• Other administrative tasks as needed (answering phones, greeting visitors and employees)
• Handle and resolve general customer complaints
