Traveling Lead Installer Commercial Fitness Equipment

Responsibilities Lead commercial fitness equipment installs and moves Organize crews and job sites Load/unload equipment safely and efficiently Drive box trucks and trailers Communicate with customers professionally Solve problems and think independently Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks/tools Help train and develop newer team members Represent the Priority Fitness brand with professionalism Requirements Valid driver's license Able to lift 75+ lbs regularly Comfortable with travel and overnight stays Leadership mindset Strong communication skills Mechanically inclined preferred DOT medical card is a plus Trailer or box truck experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits $25-$32/hr depending on experience Hotels paid for during travel Per diem opportunities Overtime opportunities Growth into management/operations roles Family-oriented team culture Opportunity to help build a rapidly growing company Final Message We are building something special.
