Job Description

Customer Service Representative for Amy's Candy Kitchen, Inc. Part Time/Seasonal (More Hours Available Seasonally)
  • Job Description Interact with Amy's employees and customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, orders/shipments and requests about products and services offered.
This position requires experience using Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word and can include occasional day to day office work, gift basket assembly and/or shipping department work not directly related to customer service. Work with a great team to help grow your future in a fun and fast paced environment! Please, only serious applicants with some previous office or customer service experience preferred.
  • Please note: This job will require longer hours during busy times of the year including Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter and Mother's Day.
  • Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • handle and resolve customer complaints
  • obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • provide pricing and delivery information (where needed)
  • be able to multi-task within a fast paced environment
  • process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Education and Experience
  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • Microsoft Outlook (for email)
  • Microsoft Excel (for creating reports)
  • Microsoft Word (day to day logging)
