Weekend Guest Service Representative | Evening Shift

Schedule:

Friday:

1:00 PM - 9:00

PM Saturday & Sunday:

What You'll Do Welcome guests with friendly, professional service Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately Answer phones and assist guests with reservations, questions, and local recommendations Help resolve guest concerns with patience and positivity Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth hotel operations Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Assist with light hotel operations and evening shift responsibilities Create memorable guest experiences that keep people coming back What We're Looking For Friendly and dependable personality Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently during evening shifts Professional phone etiquette and basic computer skills Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Reliable weekend availability is required Why Join Our Team?
