Position Overview This role offers the opportunity to work closely with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team in a supportive long-term care setting. The ideal candidate is organized, clinically skilled, compassionate, and thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with nursing staff, therapy team members, and families Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Chippewa Manor?
