Provide customer assistance, ready orders for shipment, general sales and give assistance to international accounts.

•Essential Duties and Responsibilities The list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. 1. Manage purchase orders / sales orders for international customers. a. Enter orders for assigned accounts and schedule same orders based on inventory availability. b. Create interim loads to size shipments to advise customer for appropriate transportation. c. Plan order shipment dates and coordinate within the international logistics company and customer. d. Follow orders in the process to ensure availability of products for ship date. e. Communicate with the customer by acknowledging the order by e-mail confirming ship dates, ship methods and payment requirements. f. Create time-sensitive export documents for each shipment as required to meet US Export Regulations and to meet each consignee's import regulations. Documents include Commercial Invoices, Detailed Packing Lists, Shipper's Export Declarations, Inland BOL, Verified Gross Mass, etc. g. Complete files for each shipment according to US Export Administration. 2. Logistics management for each account. a. Determine INCO sales term for each order. b. Make transportation arrangements with freight forwarding companies, based on customer requirements and warehouse loading schedule. 3. Export Sales and Customer Service Responsibilities. a. Answer customer inquiries through e-mail, phone, and other methods of communication. b. Pursue customer requests for pricing, literature, MSDS, product specifications. c. Work with International staff, Technical Staff, Engineering, and Purchasing to answer customer's questions. d. Keep general customer information forms current and up to date. e. Manage repair and returns and shipment errors with RGA's and credits. 4. Understand and implement the laws required by the U.S. Departments of Export Administration Regulations and Customs and Border Protection. The International Department group is charged by the company with international trade law compliance. a. On-going export trade compliance education required. Accomplished through trade seminars off site and online with professional trade groups. 5. Strive to increase your knowledge of Clack products by examining product and observing production, asking questions and following through with customer technical questions, reading literature, seeking training from Technical Staff. 6. Maintain professional attitude with customer, vendors and fellow employees. Work cooperatively within the department. 7. Work as assigned on special projects. 8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Two or four year degree in Business with International emphasis and/or equivalent work experience. Proficient in Excel and WORD Familiar with Federal Export Administration requirements. Understands and applies INCO terms. Strong organization, interpersonal and communication and writing skills. Professional work ethic. Desire to work with others to achieve company objectives. Extended sitting position.
