Job Description
Bluffview Memory Care, a Community Based Residential Facility serving persons with Alzheimer's and related dementias is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative who is an enthusiastic and organized applicant to join our growing team. The Customer Service Representative role is primarily responsible for: Creating a welcoming and collaborative reception area in a positive manner Maintaining collaborative communications throughout the facility Performing clerical, reception, resident communications, and human resource administrative duties as assigned Greeting and receiving visitors, routing telephone calls, and completing a variety of other administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications/Abilities for the Customer Service Rep/Scheduler (aka, Coordinator): Be at least 21 years of age Exhibit the capacity to professionally respond to the needs of the residents and manage the complexity of the front reception area of a CBRF.
