Client Relations Specialist Posted on February 3, 2026 February 3, 2026 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships, clear communication, and a high level of satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle. This role focuses on understanding client needs, resolving concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Position Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients Act as a trusted liaison between clients and internal teams Proactively address client questions, concerns, and service needs Communication & Coordination Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses and resolutions Provide regular updates to clients regarding service progress or changes Issue Resolution & Support Identify and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally Escalate complex matters when necessary while maintaining client confidence Track and follow up on open items to ensure closure and satisfaction Account Monitoring & Reporting Maintain accurate client records and documentation Monitor account activity to identify trends, risks, or opportunities Prepare basic reports or summaries related to client interactions Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in standard office and CRM software Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Customer Service or Client Relations certification CRM platform training or certification What the Role Offers Salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 Opportunities for professional growth and skill development Collaborative and supportive work environment Exposure to client-facing strategies and cross-functional teamwork Why Ladysmith?
