Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative in Lake Hallie, WI! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Provide daily customer status updates, including order tracking and communication of changes such as expedites or push-outs. Enter customer purchase orders and change orders into the manufacturing/ERP system. Issue order acknowledgements and ensure timely follow-up with customers. Coordinate closely with Sales Engineering and the Supply Chain team to ensure accurate communciation of order details and requirements. Create and manage work orders in alignment with customer and production requirements. Maintain strong customer communications and collaboration with internal teams, particularly Sales Engineering. Serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders and returns (RMA's). Supports invoicing activities, including ASN's, proof of delivery, blocked invoices, and collections as needed. Process and administer RMA and DMR requests, including tracking and associated documentation. Work with the Finance team for credits and rebilling issues. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, an Associates degree is preferred; with 2 - 4 years experience in customer service or related field is a plus. Previous experience in a customer service role in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using computers and ERP system (Visual Manufacturing preferred). Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
