Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Customer Service professional to join their team. As a Customer Service representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients and ensuring smooth communication between the company and its customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent active listening abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Providing exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams Handling purchasing inquiries within a manufacturing setting Resolving customer issues through effective problem-solving techniques Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions Supporting team members with various administrative tasks as needed What's Needed?
