Our team strives to provide an outstanding visit experience for every client, every visit. As a highly valued CSR with Brook-Falls, you will politely welcome our clients and assist them with their requests for general information, appointments and/or reservations. The CSR helps prepare the clinical team by transferring any important information regarding the clients/pet needs and expectations, by helping the client complete any necessary paperwork, and by collecting any medical records as needed. Due to high call volume, our CSRs must have the ability to simultaneously have a phone conversation while accurately notating medical records. This role is fast-paced and requires multitasking in a team environment. Daily Duties Greets/welcomes clients, as they enter our facility Answers incoming phone calls Independently answers questions for potential clients Reviews the client's procedures and services upon check out Performs limited cleaning/maintenance duties, related to the client experience, as assigned Performs various tasks related to client retention as assigned.
