Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager

Join our team as a Insurance Customer Account Manager (our official title is Personal Lines Account Executive ), where you'll partner with clients, Sales Executives, and carrier partners to win new business, remarket accounts, and build strong, lasting relationships, all while making a real impact in a collaborative environment.

Office Location:

Merrill, WI | On-site position , Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30

PM Duties/Responsibilities:

Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to recommend modifications, as needed. Keep accurate personal information for all prospects and customers within insurance company databases. Provide excellent customer service. Position Requirements Active Property and Casualty Insurance License. Experience in personal lines insurance (home, auto, etc.) Team player focused on customer satisfaction and retention. Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage options, and pricing. Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with agency management systems is a plus.

Pay:

$23.00 - $24.00 per hour
