TEMPORARY

We're seeking a Seasonal Email Specialist to join our Customer Relations team and deliver fast, friendly, and effective email support to our valued web customers. If you take pride in crafting the perfect response and love the satisfaction of a job well done, this role is your perfect fit!
Position Summary:
As an Email Specialist, you'll be the voice behind our written customer communications resolving concerns efficiently, professionally, and (whenever possible) in just one email. Working Monday through Friday, you'll also lend your skills to Mail, Phone, and Marketplace support, helping ensure every customer touchpoint reflects our commitment to excellence.

What You'll DoResolve a wide range of customer concerns via email, with a focus on fast, one-and-done solutionsThink on your feet proactively troubleshoot tricky issues by partnering with the right teammates and departmentsHit the mark on production and quality standards that keep our customers happy and our team thrivingStep in for outbound calls when needed to help resolve customer service issuesHelp manage our online reputation by addressing customer reviews (including on platforms like Emplifi)Embrace variety by cross-training and taking on new responsibilities as neededThis is a role where your writing skills and customer care instincts truly shine and where every email is a chance to make someone's day better.

What You BringExcellent written grammar this is a must!

Comfort navigating email platforms (Outlook experience preferred) and websites with easeMicrosoft Office skills are a nice bonusPrior customer service experience is a plus, but not requiredA sharp eye for detail and strong problem-solving instinctsA flexible, positive attitude toward new tasks and responsibilitiesA collaborative spirit and love of teamworkWhat Makes You Successful HereAttendance is crucial.
