Bilingual Customer Service Representative Location:
Racine, WI Position Summary We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Racine, Wisconsin. This position serves as a primary point of contact for customers and requires exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish and English, with a passion for helping customers and delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions in both English and Spanish. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, orders, and account information. Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately and efficiently. Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely, professional manner. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and business management systems. Translate communications, documents, and information as needed to support Spanish-speaking customers. Collaborate with sales, operations, and other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers regarding order status, issue resolution, and account needs. Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and response time expectations. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative support, or call center experience. Fluent in Spanish and English, including the ability to speak, read, and write professionally in both languages. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience using CRM, ERP, or customer management software. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting bilingual customer populations. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial environments. Order entry, account management, or inside sales support experience. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Racine, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
