An Automotive Customer Service Representative greets customers and responds to customer inquiries at an automotive dealership or service business. Provides customers with repair estimates and manages paperwork. May schedule car rentals. Makes calls to schedule sales appointments and follow-up with customers. Keeps records of customer communications and transactions.

Job Description

Greet customers, answer and route calls, open work orders, dispatch work orders, enter tech time, coordinate with parts department, cashier, review work orders, communicate with customers on repairs, process Warranty filing, Review open warranty and make sure processing of warranty claims, backup to Service Manager. Keep up to date on GM training. Autosoft (DMS) experience preferred, but other DMS systems training will be a plus. Excellent communications skills, organization and multitasking skills and computer needed. Clean driving record with valid drivers license. Background in Parts and Service a plus.
