Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities:
Client Support:
Provide exceptional service to clients by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues related to insurance policies.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed on insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients and ensure they make informed decisions.
Claims Assistance :
Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring prompt resolution and assisting with any documentation or follow-up needed.
Client Retention:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively reaching out to ensure their needs are met and identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention.
Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage or products to clients, ensuring they have the appropriate insurance for their personal and business needs.
Billing and Payment Support:
Assist clients with billing inquiries, payment processing, and premium-related questions, ensuring seamless payment experiences.
Customer Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, documenting client interactions, policy changes, and service requests.
Product Recommendations:
Help clients assess their insurance needs and provide tailored product recommendations based on their unique circumstances and coverage gaps.
Compliance and Regulations :
Ensure that all customer interactions, policy changes, and documentation adhere to regulatory standards, company policies, and industry best practices.
Continuous Learning:
Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest insurance products, tools, and customer service techniques.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and consistent client experience, coordinating efforts across all areas of the agency.
Qualifications :
Education :
High School Diploma (required), Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field preferred.
Experience :
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, account management, customer service, or related field.
Skills :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent negotiation and closing abilities Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Property, Casualty and Life Insurance License (Required): Or the willingness to obtain within 60 days of employment.
