What You'll Do Assist customers with product information and provide personalized assistance Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that best fit their goals and/or needs Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling techniques Process transactions accurately, including cash and card payments Stay organized and be attentive to detail Resolve customer questions or concerns professionally and efficiently Follow up with customers when appropriate to build long-term relationships Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals What We're Looking For Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred, but not necessary Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude with a results-driven mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with sales targets and performance goals Basic retail math knowledge Reliable, team-oriented, and professional Why Join Us?
