Conduct product demos when applicable to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity. Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is inviting and well-presented. Assist in inventory management through stock checks, replenishing products, and supporting stockroom organization. Use effective communication skills to resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally while adhering to phone etiquette standards. Requirements Previous experience with POS systems or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Demonstrated supervisory experience or leadership skills are a plus for those interested in growth opportunities. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively. Strong communication skills combined with excellent phone etiquette are essential for engaging with customers both in person and over the phone. Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for cash handling and retail math tasks. Experience working in a grocery store or retail sales environment is advantageous. A proactive attitude towards upselling, merchandising, stocking, and delivering exceptional customer service is key to success in this role.
