Join our 5-star award winning team! Gorilla Movers is looking to add a Customer Service Specialist. We are looking for someone that is friendly and outgoing to provide an exceptional customer service experience and help to take the stress out of moving. Scheduling moves, selling boxes, and following up with customers are the main focus of this position. Previous telephone experience required Starting $17/hr Depending on Experience. Skills needed for the Position include: Ability to communicate proficiently, both orally and in writing Ability to take notes in an organized fashion a must Attention to detail Typing 25-35 wpm Ability to work in a team environment Strong Phone skills
