Position Summary:

We seek a friendly and detail-oriented Member Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of the Credit Union, providing exceptional service to members by handling financial transactions, answering inquiries, and promoting Credit Union products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feel comfortable answering phone calls.
• Greet and welcome members and visitors to the Credit Union in a professional manner.
• Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service in the processing of transactions.
• Research accounts for deposit, withdrawal, and loan-payment discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Preference- Bilingual (Spanish)
• Ability to exercise good judgment, initiative, and tact when dealing with co-workers and credit union members.
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Work up to two Saturdays a month with time off during the week.
