3:00 PM - 11:00 PM ( +10% Shift Premium ) 3rd

Attendance Rewards:
Perfect Attendance Bonus program. Key Responsibilities Set up, adjust, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce high-precision components. Perform mid-run adjustments, load tools, establish tool offsets, and replace inserts as needed. Read blueprints, job routers, and geometric tolerances (GD&T) to ensure precision execution. Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges. Maintain clean quality logs, setup documentation, and daily production records. Follow all shop safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
4+ years of hands-on CNC setup or mid-level machining experience on mills or lathes., pay is based on experience in like industry/position
Technical Skills:
Proficient with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) and blueprint reading.
Troubleshooting:
Strong basic shop math skills and mechanical aptitude to diagnose setup or tooling issues.
Reliability:
Proven track record of dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
