Apogee Architectural Metals Position Summary The Client Services Coordinator I acts as the primary contact for inputting client orders into the company database to be used by production. The essential duties outlined below may vary based on location or brand. Key Responsibilities Order Processing Accurately inputting client orders, including material types, quantities, exposures, services, and client information, into the company's database.
Processing incoming orders, handed off from Client Services Representative, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
Checking product availability, and allocating of Linetec Managed Inventory when applicable, ensuring orders can be completed promptly.
Verifying pricing and applying any applicable discounts to orders.
Maintaining detailed and organized records of all orders and related transactions.
Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the order processing cycle. Communication Communicating with internal teams (Client Services Representatives, Receiving, and Scheduling) to resolve order-related issues.
Collaborating with other departments, such as production, Scheduling, and receiving to ensure smooth order processing.
