•Parkdale Pet Care is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. Full time could be considered for the right candidate. The hours do include every other Saturday 8am-12pm. We are a high quality, multi-doctor, full-service veterinary hospital. This position is responsible for managing multiple phone lines, booking appointments, greeting clients, processing payments, and ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is always clean and presentable. The Ideal candidate is warm and friendly, with great communication skills. You must have a desire to exceed our client's expectations and the proven ability to multi-task. Candidates must be available to work evenings and every other Saturday.
