Job Description

Recruiter - Contract (3 - 6 Months) A growing local company is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You'll Do:

Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and timelines Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, feedback, and offers Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS Assist with job postings, recruiting events, and onboarding Manage multiple openings and a high volume of candidates

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Experience with an ATS Strong sourcing, communication, and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience Proficiency with

Microsoft Office Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, or 9:00 AM-6:00

PM Type:

Temporary/Contract Pay:

Up to $35.00 per hour
