Job Summary Join our dynamic veterinary team as a Veterinary Receptionist and become the friendly face and organizational hub of our animal care facility! This energetic role is perfect for someone passionate about animals and dedicated to providing exceptional client service. As the first point of contact for pet owners and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing patient records, and administrative tasks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure smooth operations and outstanding care for clients and their pets. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic. Individuals must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression of the clinic Handle medical collections and billing processes accurately, adhering to veterinary financial procedures Assist with front desk duties including answering phones, responding to client inquiries, and providing information about pet care services Maintain detailed records of patient visits, treatments, and laboratory results in compliance with veterinary terminology standards Experience Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital setting is highly preferred Knowledge of veterinary terminology, laboratory procedures, and medical-surgical protocols enhances your effectiveness in this role Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and veterinary software systems for record management and communication Strong customer service skills combined with excellent communication abilities are essential for engaging clients effectively Join us if you're passionate about animal care and eager to contribute your skills in a lively, supportive environment. Pay:
