1310 Fairmont Avenue, Fairmont, WV 26554 Meet directly with a FirstEnergy Supervisor with the opportunity to be hired on the spot! EverStaff is seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to serve as contract workers for FirstEnergy! The Customer Service Representative will be employed by Everstaff but will provide services to FirstEnergy. Work responsibilities will include responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing service requests, resolving billing concerns, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone regarding electric services, billing, and service outages Assist customers with account setup, payments, and service modifications Process service requests, including new connections, disconnections, and transfers Provide accurate information on rates and policies Troubleshoot and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues Handle customer complaints with professionalism and escalate complex issues as needed Document customer interactions and transactions in the company's system
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Previous customer service experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management systems Problem-solving skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations
Work Schedule:
Training:
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm After training: Call center hours are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm Mandatory and voluntary overtime and on call scheduled as needed EverStaff offers employees Medical, Dental, Vision, Accident, Life, Disability and Cancer insurance coverage.
