Pay & Bonus Opportunities Base Pay:

$13.50 per hour

Perfect Attendance:

Earn an additional $1.50 per hour when you are on time to every scheduled shift, bringing your hourly pay to $15.00 per hour Monthly bonus opportunity: eligible employees can earn up to an additional $400 per month based on performance

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate catering orders from initial inquiry to completion Communicate with customers to confirm order details, timing, and special requests Train and support delivery drivers to ensure company standards are met Monitor and maintain employees attendance records Communicate effectively with store management, drivers, and customers Help resolve address issues as they arise Take on additional miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks as needed May have to occasionally deliver catering orders in emergency situations

Qualifications:

Minimum 18 years of age. Must have valid Driver's License, valid Insurance, and a good driving record. Have an outstanding attitude toward customers and enjoys working in a fast-paced team surrounding, and has an insured vehicle that passes regular safety inspections Has the ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Will be timely, presentable, and adhere to all of the company and Brand Standards Navigational skills to read GPS, locate addresses within designated delivery areas Must be able to climb stairs and lift 25 pounds We are a family owned and operated franchisee seeking to make the world a more flavorful place with a team of individuals who are not in the food business serving people but in the people business serving food.
