Comprehensive Training:
We fully train you on our specialized NEMT dispatch software, scheduling protocols, and industry standards. What You Will Do Answer inbound calls from patients, medical facilities, and insurance providers to book transport. Schedule, route, and dispatch drivers efficiently using our specialized software. Provide compassionate, patient customer service to callers who may be stressed or elderly. Communicate real-time traffic updates and schedule changes. Problem-solve scheduling conflicts dynamically to minimize late pickups or missed appointments. What We Look For (Requirements) Excellent verbal communication skills and a warm, clear telephone presence. High level of empathy, patience, and active listening skills. Strong multitasking ability (typing while talking and navigating multiple screens). Proficient computer skills (familiarity with GPS, scheduling software, or spreadsheets is a major plus). Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening. High school diploma or equivalent; previous call center or medical scheduling experience is preferred but not required.

From $14.00 per hour
