As we grow, we are looking for a dedicated Receptionist/Customer Care Representative to join our team and grow alongside us. Position Overview Are you a results-driven, direct, outgoing, and enthusiastic communicator? We are looking for a reliable team player to handle incoming customer calls, manage daily administrative tasks, and collaborate closely with our service managers to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle high-volume inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and addressing customer inquiries with enthusiasm and clarity. Collaborate daily with service managers to coordinate schedules, dispatch technicians, and streamline workflow. Maintain accurate customer records, work orders, and service logs in our database. Provide direct, clear communication to customers regarding service updates, delays, or follow-ups. Assist with general office organization, administrative support, and process improvements. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles (experience in dispatching or the skilled trades is a plus).
